Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by The Bake Synopsis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due at the time of order placement for retail items and upon order confirmation for custom orders.

Custom Orders

Custom cake and specialty item orders require advance notice and a deposit. Changes to custom orders must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery date. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to full charges.

Pickup and Delivery

Items must be picked up or delivered within the agreed timeframe. We are not responsible for items not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery to discuss a resolution.

Limitation of Liability
